I really liked this book, particularly because of the less-then-perfect main character with a dark past.That being said, this is a very, very dark book. If you don't like violence, I wouldn't recommend this book to you. Personally I don't mind it, sometimes it's what the book needs to keep it interesting. I find that in this book, the use of violence sets the mood, and fits with the story.
A story that is very well written, I might add!
I will definitely look into reading more from this author!
Would recommend for anyone that wants a good, exciting read, but not for the faint of heart!
