Tribute

Tribute - Lisa Henry I'm going to start off with being honest and admit that this is not the type of book I would normally choose to read. Dubious consent isn't really my kinda thing. But I was asked to join in a buddy read, and I got the book from a friend, how could I say no! I also think it is great to try different types of books that I would normally read sometimes :)

That being said, lets get on with the review!

I love the way Lisa Henry writes, she has a way with words that just makes me want to keep reading her books. Which is why I managed to finish this book, as the story itself wasn't really my thing. The fact that I'm not really into dub-con obviously didn't help with how I feel about the story...
And it did make me uncomfortable quite a few times while reading it. Which, I assume is kinda the point?
It does have it's sweet moments though, the last half of the book was definitely my favorite bit (except maybe the last few pages.. but I'm not gonna spoil it for you!).

All in all on ok read, would recommend if you're into books with this kind of theme :)
