This book was... ok.And I'm not entirely sure why I didn't like it more than I did. I guess I'm older than the "target group", maybe that has something to do with it..? The story itself is good, lots of action and things happening all through the book. Maybe it is the writing style that doesn't appeal to me.
Because for me personally it didn't catch my full attention. It was a fairly quick read, and I had no problem reading the whole book. Although I don't think I will be spending money on the rest of the books in the series. Part of me wants to know how the story develops, and find out about the other 4 children with special powers. But not enough to spend the time and money reading the other books.
