Quite a few years ago I read the first couple of books in the Harry Hole series. It must have been around the time they were first published, so I guess late 90's.
Back then my favourite books to read where crime/thillers, so they should have been right up my street. But for some reason I didn't really get into them at all. So much so that I have never since read anything written by Jo Nesbø, even after he made it big internationally.
I have wondered for quite some time now whether I should give his books another try, as they do seem to be very popular. A friend recommended this one, as she found it really good. Which leads us here.
And I am glad I decided to listen and read this. I think it's a very good story, it had me interested all the way through. Good twists and turns along the way.
I don't know if I will read all the books in the series, but it's likely that I will read more if they are all this good. I would recommend this book to everyone that enjoys reading murder mysteries! :)
